County signs off on roads projects, Fairfax bike lane

The Board of Supervisors approved final payment to Ghilotti Construction Co. for a $2.3 million job repaving eight roads across the county, and another $1.2 million to Windsor Fuel Co. for "chip sealing" of 80 miles of roadway.
